Thanks to all of you!

Mandi and Richard, I felt that she was a good choice for that question because I had found after reading some of her blogs that she does make a great attempt to brand herself while not losing the identity behind what she does. I aspire to the same.

Richard, Dell would be silly to not do everything possible to keep you happy as you seem to do quite well making the people using there products online happy. Great Work and I have a good deal of respect for you.

Hi Craig and Jennifer

Enjoyed the interview...we always learn more don't we, especially in the field of social media and about connecting with each other.

BTW, I agree about the personalization of companies, partially because I see the trend of social media about personalization (its why they call it social) and away from objectivity. So companies should personalize....beside businesses really are people at their very roots.

Also, thats about the third or fourth time in the last week or so someone mentions about me leaving Dell. You think people know something I dont? :-). You know, I have no intention of leaving and Dell happens to be a company I really believe in...and have for a long time. In fact, that belief goes back to when I consulted for them in the late 1990s...and today I get to work for Dell. Its a dream...so I am very comfortable with the branding.

Also, Dell's onlince communications policy requires we be explicit about working for Dell in activities on the web. By having "atDell" in my name, I dont constantly have to type an extra sentence about being a person from Dell-- it saves time and typing. Hope that little elaboration helps.

Again, thrilled to learn more about Jennifer. good post Craig
